Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of roccosiffredi.info ("Rocco Siffredi", "the site"), operated by [operator name], [address].

1. Adults only

The site contains sexually explicit material and is intended only for adults. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, that viewing adult material is legal where you are, and that you do not find it offensive. If any of this is not true, leave the site now.

2. What the site is

Rocco Siffredi is a catalogue of adult videos with information, trailers and images supplied by third-party producers and stores. We do not produce or sell videos and we do not host user uploads. Full videos are sold or streamed by the partner stores, under their own terms, prices and age-verification procedures.

3. Affiliate links

Links to partner stores are affiliate links: if you buy or subscribe after clicking, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which videos we list.

4. Intellectual property

Trailers, images, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown under the partners' affiliate programmes. If you believe something infringes your rights, see DMCA & Content Removal.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, do not attempt to disrupt it, and do not scrape it in a way that affects its operation.

6. No warranty and liability

The site is provided "as is". Information may be incomplete or out of date, and third-party sites are outside our control. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or of third-party sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
