What we collect

  • No accounts, no forms, no uploads. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details.
  • Technical logs. When you visit, our hosting provider (AltusHost, servers in the European Union) and our content delivery network (Cloudflare) process your IP address, browser type, the requested address and the time, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Logs are kept for a short period (normally up to 30 days).
  • Clicks to partner stores. When you click a link to a store we record the store, the page you came from and the country (provided by the CDN), without IP address or identifiers, to count clicks. The store receives our affiliate code, not your identity; from then on its own privacy policy applies.
  • Cookies. See the Cookie Policy.

Audience measurement (Google Analytics)

Only with your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and until you object elsewhere), we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd, to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw consent at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

Legal bases

Delivering and securing the site and counting clicks: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Age-confirmation and consent cookies: necessary to provide the service you request. Analytics: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where required.

Recipients and transfers

Our hosting provider and Cloudflare act as processors. Google acts as described above. Where data leaves the EU, transfers rely on adequacy decisions (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising and we do not build profiles.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to [email]. You can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority or with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

California and other US states

We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising. You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold by writing to [email]; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Minors

The site is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
